The Project

The plot in Gillingham is part of a regeneration project. Working alongside the local authorities our proposal for up to 83 homes will not only provide much needed housing to the area but will enable the local authority to deliver a new and improved educational facility on their existing site.​

The outcome

Maxika have agreed to purchase the site and have begun work on planning.
