The Project

The site was identified for development and Maxika have competed and sold the original dwelling adding an additional second floor with master bedroom and en suite. The property has been fully modernised with open plan living, successfully combining the new with the old.

We have now completed a three bedroom new build family home to high specification with modern kitchen and bathrooms.
