The site

A former Travis Perkins builder's merchants and yard, including office and neighbouring children's nursery.

The Project

We identified the requirement for a food retail outlet in the area and have designed a project to create a retail store with flats above and a four bedroom house on the site. The nursery will remain unencumbered by the plans for the site.

​

The local shop enhances the area and provides a useful addition for the neighbourhood and terms have been agreed with a major retailer to occupy the store.

The outcome

The house has been sold and planning continues on the main site.
